Efficiently Neat is a Professional Organizing company based out of Kansas City. We specialize in helping to simplify your space by incorporating efficient systems & processes to ultimately help give you your life back! It is our passion to help you fall back in love with your space by creating tailored organizing solutions that fit your specific needs and goals. We will work with you to establish realistic & effective organizing systems that are sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

hi, i’m julia!

A Little About Me

From a surprisingly young age I have had a strong appreciation for order, efficiency, color coding, and all things organization (ok fine…minus that messy room phase in middle school – we all had that, right?!).  Even though organization has always seemed to be a big part of my life, it took having my two wonderful daughters to help me realize that my strengths could actually become a career path!

As sappy as it sounds, my children helped me to see the importance of being present in the moment (cue the “they grow up so fast” tears), so I got to work creating systems & processes to fit our families needs. This not only helped our family stay organized, but I found I was more efficient as ever! Instead of rummaging through drawers, or spending additional time & money buying items that I knew were “around here somewhere”, I got to spend that time reading stories, putting together puzzles, and snuggling on the couch (a WAY better trade off if you ask me). 

I quickly realized I was not alone and began helping those around me. I worked with family and friends to teach them my approach to efficient organization and absolutely loved watching them succeed in getting their time & energy back!  Thanks to the support of my family and friends, I was able to turn my passion into a business and I can’t wait to see how we can help you maxmize your life!

“Spring cleaning got a little tricky when I was trying to organize my 7 year old's closet...I thought we could tackle the project on our own, but in the end, I needed to call in a professional to help soften the potential mother/daughter disagreements about what needed to stay, go, be donated, etc. Julia (a mother herself) came in an brilliantly navigated both the emotional content and the spacial variables we were dealing with.
